Does playing a character to level 49 really qualify as "coming back"? Way back in the dark ages, some weirdos had an excuse for stopping at the end of act 3/4 ("I beat the game right guys?!"), but it doesn't even count as playing a league anymore if you don't make it to maps.

I think the issue here is that OP simply can't handle actual ARPG gameplay.

It's okay to admit this game is to complicated for you and you are happy playing at your speed in a browser game. have fun.

I notice a lot of these posts that are complaining about a league that has not been released yet and completely revealed are really posts from people that have PoE burnout and don't recognize the symptoms.

OP has 3 challenges (which basically means did not even reach the end of the story). That sounds like burnout to me. Yeah, time to play another game however the new league sounds.

by all means, go play what you want. games are made for enjoyment so if you're currently not enjoying path of exile, play something else.

that said....league hasn't even been released yet. we don't know much about the changes to come or much about the new league mechanics and how they will work with the rest of the game.

also, even if it was 100% recycled stuff but just reshuffled into a different package, im all for it. why? because we still get all new content every 3 months. that is pretty insane on its own.

you don't have to be happy with the game or always have fun with it, but to basically consider what GGG does every year in ways of development isn't good enough just shows how spoiled GGG really makes us. it shows in our expectations.

Yeah but you guys do realize i have a few 90+ characters right? I'm not new to this game, i've reached endgame.

How does that fact that you are not new to the game have any bearing? If anything, it supports what I said. Someone who has been around for awhile is more likely to be burned out than a n00b!
