This looks fun like all the recent leagues...
But I wonder how long that Nebulis Mace is gonna last before u nerf it to oblivion: 20 to a damager per 1% over 75 of a resist? u can get 1500 increased damage pretty easy, which is awesome imo... But if there is anything we know about awesome items in POE: people like to complain about them until they are not awesome. |

" It's capped resistance, not uncapped. So if you have 80% max cold res, you'd have 100% increased cold damage. It would scale with things like Aegis Aurora, Purity of Ice + Aura effect, etc. |
