Highest ES belt in game with 80 % resistance to help cap your res and even T2 armour which can be very useful for any full Aegis Aurora block build

Sorcerer gloves:

258 ES can be divined even higher, if you are willing to provide at many divines, aspect of the spider, uber lab gloves enchant

LL w/o shav or other chaos mitigation?

There are some ways to deal with chaos damage as lowlife or hybrid:

a) High ES Vaal Regalia, stack chaos res everywhere with items like the Broken Crown with Presence of Chayula etc. (Aila Style)
b) Use Shavs
c) High ES Vaal Regalia, no big chaos res, instead you farm Delve biome without chaos damage

I went from a to b because even with 70 % chaos resistance many Incursion temple mobs could bring my small life pool down fast. Shavs felt very much safer, still not optimal, because of overall low Energy Shield pool. So I decided to do another switch from b to c which allowed me to increase my total ES pool, get higher base RF damage, reserve 98 % of my life for even more defense layers as long as I stay in zones without any chaos damage aka Delve flare farming with happens to also be the fastest way to get level 100 in the current meta.
