I'm vehemently opposing dailies as I've experienced other online games ruined by them. When left unchecked they escalate to the point, where all other content become irrelevant, you only log in to do dailies, you log out, everything else will be a waste of time.
I don't want POE to be ruined in the same way.

When i log in to do my dailies, i always have more maps to run to be able to do the daily. Then i run out of alchs and going delving. Before i see it, i have played 4 hours and no dailies were done...

Dailies in PoE are not mandatory (zana's the only exception). When it will come to the point where the only way to go forward in PoE are dailies, there will be no players left to see it (looking at you Destiny 2)...

But i understand your point...
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...

Same sht. Happened to me two times. Never tried again since that. I have NO IDEA what to do and that is the challenge of the battle. Unlike, for example, Uber fight.

There's no secret to why nobody wants to run the mastermind. It is nothing to do with difficult, or even fight length. Running it wrecks your syndicate, undoing many hours of work you've put in getting set up.

My strategy was, I imagine, the same as most people's. Get max red lines, block fortification and transportation, run intervention and research with a few of the most rewarding guys in them.

Running the mastermind destroys much of the setup required to get your syndicate in a farmable state, so of course nobody runs it.
did the mastermind now after the 3rd try of doing them(first just oneshot me with everything (3k health), 2nd try i had a bad connection -so i just wasted all 6 portals), 3rd i finally beat it)

But all i got out of it was some vendor trash and an item that is worth 2c
and it deletes your entire progress after and you have to get your guys into the right slots again.

once for the challenge point sure, but i wouldn't do it again now.

Maybe tweak the fight a bit, remove 2 of the phases (just make it random what 2, i.e lower left and upper right / lower right and upper left) and also don't delete the board after and it would be fine to do them at the first moment you get access to them. (or maybe that's just because i was meele and it kinda was a pain as that)

Why would anyone bother with Mastermind when it resets positions across the entire Syndicate? Seems like a pretty bad design decision tbh.
Best league for me TOP 0.2% :)
