" Some beasts can be beefy, especially if you are not playing a high dps build ( well pretty much everything can have a somewhat high dps now tbh, but there can be huge disparities between builds ) SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

It was one of those red skulled beasts, & it was a devourer, usually i just avoid it if i can't bring it's health down, i'll have to improve my dps

You right. Confused with the player buff (wich isn't even true anymore since no ele res for us as 3.0 kicked in).
Well, principle hold true. Different defenses need different ways to be dealt with. |

Some monsters should have life regen such as players do, not bosses necessary though. GGG could rework those big insects with adds. The last boss (Desert?) was a dps check and I'm not too keen on them. Little insects, let them be killed with one-shots.
But I like idea of rares doing comebacks similar to Exile hitting flasks. You can dream, no? Oh right, that'd make the game impossible with damage spikes. That's balancing late end-game around HC, a.k.a. human-missiles I remember back in Leo daily arena. They were hilarious in their own context for someone who hadn't seen any videos. My computer couldn't handle the lag. |
