Enemies with soul eater & life regen, FTW
I've had it up to here with enemies that have both life regen & soul eater, thier life regen is buffed by soul eater which i think is BS, thier life regen either should be buffed by it or enemies that have soul eater shouldn't be allowed to spawn with life regen, life leech i,m ok with but life regen with soul eater is just a big disaster waiting to happen, i was fighting a devourer with both effects & he literally became unkillable, i reckon the a,i should have a limit to how many souls they can absorb before it resets,

Hmmm, that makes sense, he was also moving to fast by the time i went over to hit him he was somewhere else even though it looked like he was in the same place

I think that it buffs their HP too, they seem to get beefier the bigger they get.
Anyway, if you lack the dps, try to lure them away to not feed them souls, play around them. And use frostbomb. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

" it doesnt really matter that much because you are dealing less and less dmgwith every stack. the thing is,i cant remember a situation outside of newer league content where it was a problem. i´m not saying it cant be problematic for some players,i just dont remember any bad situations. the only exception to this are "newer" encounters where a lot of monsters spawn abyss,red beast bestiary and pre nerfed fortification encounters. (maybe delve too) spawning or rather "summoned" monsters shouldnt give stacks for souleater to put it in line with rampage stacks and flask charges. |

" Actually, the difference (theoretically) matter. You would deal with these 2 mods in different ways. Frost bomb (regen) and penetration (ele res) for example. But ye, mob get nuked anyway 99999% of times, so who cares. |
