1) You don't HAVE to pay, but if you have some points to pitch in, I'd appreciate it. Each expansion of 10 players is 60 points, so that amounts to 6 points each or $.60/each
Often people with extra points will chip in to expand the league size.
I'll be funding 10-30 players, depending on how things are going.
2) You can't use any of the banned skills (or unlisted skills) even if they are triggered. You can use a combination of those skills though. For example: Incinerate + Cast While Channeling + (firestorm or something from the list).

ouch, price is so low :O
sadly,when 0,6$ is very ok price - we cant buy point just for this amount ;( cause lowest pack is 50 points,sight. is its possible for maybe u leaving in main topic ur card number, so maybe people can just donate like 1$ for their place?) or its too clunky for you to do all this stuff o.o
or is its possible for paying like 5 points from other account and playing on another? Or if i will pay from one acc - it will be auto invited to this private league? cause i got spare 5 points on another acc :O

Softcore players dont care about chaos resist anyway, so they are stuck with -60%. Changing it to -100% chaos res wont make a huge diffrence, It will make us take only 25% more damage from chaos damage. (and if you care that much about it you can just get one item with like 30% chaos res and you wont see any diffrence)
Also its a bit weird that Magma Orb is allowed but not Fireball. Magma Orb can be very strong even w/o +2 chains on helmet.

noty, softcore SELFOUND players care about their items. For u 25% is nothing - for other people its alot. Anyway,there are polls about this in thread.
magma orb is super laggy, so only players with very good PCs can use it. So, skill is rsrely used cause of this) imho

It actually has nothing to do with relative strength of skills, just popularity. The whole point is to get people to play things that haven't seen a lot of love.
There are a lot of skills that are like "Skill A is an 8/10, but Skill B is 10/10 and plays very similar, so why would I use Skill A?"

I don't plan on playing in the league but I hope Flame Totem gets plenty of love before it becomes a completely different skill in in 3.6.0

When did you see Fireball build last time?
in ignite builds or vaal fireball max aoe builds with 999projectiles
but ignites builds are not super popular and most of them prefer Flameblast or Fire Brand for this,cause its better
