She will appear once again after you run the temple. It's not exactly bugged.

It’s not a bug. Did you really want to lose your daily without getting any incursions out of it? Most people would say no.

" You're probably right here - but there also may be a thought about weighting 'losing' three incursions vs. the possibility to explicit run the temple from a map base (if, for some reason*, the temple could not be opened directly after the last incursion) *) most probably, time ;) edit: best 'solution' of course would be if the daily would only be consumed as you open the incursion (or temple).
