Green droplet debuff

what is this green droplet looking debuff that killed me? i think it was from an exploding insect. wasnt poison since i checked the official icon and its different. used poison flasks aswell. checked the official site for all icons and i didnt see it there.

Noticed that too, how odd... I remember seeing that "drop" icon when taking chaos dot damage but am not in game so can't confirm.
