Any help unlinking steam account?

I put in a request 2 weeks ago for help and still have not had my problem (I want to unlink my steam account from this account) addressed. I know demand for help is high right now, but I got my first couple responses within a few hours, and now its been about 2 weeks since supports last reply. Is there any way I can get some help with this?

It's important to show your concern imo, but am afraid there's little to be done aside from waiting for a response to your email. Fortunately the team seems to be coming back, so they should reply soon. Good luck!
