CWDT has stopped firing Despair curse

I have the same problem.
My CWTD is now level 2 and requires level 40, linked with Spectral Shield Throw level 4 which requires level 23 and Knockback level 4 which requires level 17. The way I understand it from both GGG and Sarno's explanation here above is it that should work, but it doesn't. Both active and support skill are less then 40 in requirement level. Spectral Shield Throw can still be thrown, have a red "K" i corner so it is linked with Knockback, but not CWTD (which should make active skill disabled for direct use). Spectral Shield is neither of those requirement which CWTD describe that could prevent this to work as an active skill. It is a direct attack skill that have projectile in the form of a spectral shield. What am I missing here? |
