these helms run the gambit of 6 - 15 exa .. which is .. abit much so i am wondering if it is worth the investment.

Tested a difference between storm brand and power charge...and somehow power charge gives more damage,but u will receive extra degen,which is not good when you not using slayer ascendancy. For me , better to pick up enchant helmet . And as always, just use PoB and make your own decisions.

For those interested, i killed uber elder with Storm Brand using a 6L staff, kaoms'heart and roots instead of wand shennanigans... just use +2 lightning gems staff and purity of ice . I killed it at lvl 86, with suboptimal gear. (i had the jewels but you can do it without; i had way too much dmg).
