How can I properly uninstall the game?

It's safe to delete the folder of the copy that Add/Remove Programs is not linked to.

ivkoto77777, on my pc there was a "Path of Exile" file that was 41.1MB in the "Apps & Features" list of all programs on my pc. That launches an uninstall/repair program. It didn't appear in the folder itself, though. Hope that helps.
