Fixed a bug preventing players from unlocking the "Shaped" and "Elder" Zana mods.

This is good, but Zana is pretty messed up in my game. Is she for everybody? The only mod possible to select is "Anarchy". She's listed as level 7 (max), but I only get 1% quantity on maps.

Thanks for addressing the Syndicate encounters. As many have pointed out, it's not all that much fun to get insta-killed from somebody off-screen. Hopefully the balance will feel better after this patch has been launched, without going too far and making it too easy.
