Help me with rain of arrows :) Plz
" " I wouldn't say that pure phys is not strong, it's just more along the lines of an "all or nothing" commitment. Which you are doing well, we just don't want to sacrifice DPS for additional scaling if the net isn't high enough from the new damage source. So for instance, your Bow automatically maims for you, so lets replace that Maim support ASAP. That will be a net new gain. Also, for bosses, ditch the Mirage Archer. Mirage Archer is fantastic for clear, not so for bosses. I find Point Blank to be extremely well tuned for RoA, maybe give that a try! Conversion can help, but only if you go hard on the conversion (50%+). I typically prefer flat ele damage however: Something like Hatred + Added Fire (in place of mirage Archer) + Vicious Projectiles (in place of Brutality). IGN: Shnoop

" Well, I might be misunderstanding something about items granting the maim skill on hit. I thought when using an item that grants a maim on hit effect it only applies the slow portion. The support maim gem gives % more phys and enemies take more phys as well. So correct me if I'm wrong because that's the only reason I have the maim support in there because the bow only provides the slow and nothing else. So I can totally ditch the mirage archer, and I can slap on a vicious projectiles then and let you know how that works on major bosses. Are you sure I won't lose damage though overall with taking that off because mirage archer is great too when having to move alot on bosses. Lastly, I do already have pointblank on in the tree so that's already in effect. I can try out the conversion after the above suggestions if it still seems lackluster. Thanks for getting back to me. |
