Certainly the game wasn't shit before.

Fallout 76 is a nice break from PoE, has its issues but it was not that expensive like PoE supporter pack. :P

They already announced new fixes coming for this among tons of others. People need to realize that its a survival style fallout game, not one survival game has ever not had bugs. Sure its a AAA company but its also their first time trying this on multiplayer.
