MINIMUM!?
Edit: So let me get this straight, the minimum is 1, right and this adds another, meaning when you would get an endurance charge you would instead gain 2? Last edited by pencilsketch#1442 on Nov 20, 2018, 10:30:28 PM

So with this you always have 1 endurance charge active? And I assume that endurance charge can't be consumed by skills/items/etc?
My supporter items: Victario's Charity and The Forsaken

Assuming minimum is Zero.
Always have at least one charge? |

definitely did a double-take on that one.
+1 minimum... I assume that means you have one permanently, so i wonder how that interacts with duration as well as with mechanics that consume charges. I'm guessing you still have a duration while you have more than one charge, but once it runs out you'll drop to one charge instead of zero. Genuinely not sure how it'll interact with charge consuming mechs though... that is intriguing. Would you not be able to consume charges if you only have one remaining (since that would send you below the minimum), or would you still be able to use consumption mechs at one but that one would instantly be restored, i.e. unlimited usage of consumption mechs without the need to replenish... I will never understand that GGG wording system
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

minimum.
hmm. so it doesn't change your maximum. dammit thats kind of sad. i wonder what else you could craft this on though, since you can get it on an amulet im also guessing you can get it on rings as well. this means you could have 3 charges active at all times. and i imagine you can get this for other charges too. i guess that isn't too bad. |
