But what about Niko? Will he just wait at the mine entrance and be like "have fun with the crawler, I'll be rooting for you from up here!". Is he that scared of the dark? Is he only interested in sniffing sulfite?
Why can't he come with us delving and throw some dynamite around from time to time? The thing I hated most about Delve was blowing up the walls. Mostly because of the extra keybindings I could not reach comfortably. I remember the first walls, I couldn't even break because I ran out of dynamite. While you fixed that mid league the over all clunkyness remains to date. The dynamite seems so arbitrarly glued on top and only frustrates me. Why can't we let Niko handle all the dynamite and wall stuff? You did it with Einhar too?
I'd love him to replace 6 & 7. Or at least 7.
I am like fucking spider on my keyboard keys.

You can remap your keys. I use F1 for flares and F2 for dynamites, makes things easier. 6 & 7 are terrible.

Exactly! I can understand why they wont remove the flares, the darkness is a central part of the experience. Having that bit of panic when the light go out until you find the flare button (read: smash the keyboard with your whole palm) is fun. But why the hassle with the dynamite? I see no good reason to be honest. Let Niko do it!

I hope its not to hard to reach max. lvl with the masters. for normal players even dept 300 or vaal temple was hard, but you could grind master lvls now you must build special charakters for that.

They haven't actually reduced your access to the mine - they kept it the same as far as I understand it, but made it so much better to access. Meaning, you won't need to run a ton of maps to be able to Delve. Instead you will encounter veins less often, but more of them at once, which should pretty much add up to the same amount. While you're not finding sulphite veins, you are doing Incursion, Betrayal and Bestiary content rather than mindlessly forcing yourself to map just to access the goddamn mines. I prefer the new system 100%

That sure sounds like less to me.
And while I agree with you that the other content, like Incursion, will beef up the endgame, I'd still like Delve to be more available.
Online delenda est:
When the lifecycle of PoE will draw to an end many years from now,
there needs to be a final patch making it available offline.

So the new masters will all be quite helpfull during their respective missions. Einhar will shoot some bolts and throw the nets (praise be to you GGG!), Alva will help us raid the temple, Jun is doing some of the "interrogation" with us and even Zana is there when we face the big boys at the end.
But what about Niko? Will he just wait at the mine entrance and be like "have fun with the crawler, I'll be rooting for you from up here!". Is he that scared of the dark? Is he only interested in sniffing sulfite?

Fair enough, I see your point. But when you have 4 leagues total at the same time (Bestiary, Delve, Incursion and Betrayal), it would be unrealistic to have unlimited Delves since you wouldn't be interacting with other content. I think the fact that you won't need to grind as many maps to get sulphite is a HUGE plus.
Since I've played all of these leagues, I am kind of over all of them, but rather enjoy the fact that all of them feel more streamlined, along with many other changes that are coming.
TBH I was super hyped for Delve and it turned out.. Well, good, just not fantastic, big letdown was the fact that at super low depths, item level was still capped at ilvl83, making finding higher level shaped/elder jewellery impossible, instead focusing on "map mods" to buff them, and bosses being super tough to beat, at least at the depths I found them in. Could have capped mobs at 100 and made them stupidly tanky for the ability to farm high level bases.
Good balance overall I think. Plenty of choice in what to do. Players will bring a new appreciation to the Bestiary uniques that were brushed off a while back.
