Disappointed to see delve in the next patch.

Delves are boring. Endless maze with no meaningful changes. Even endless ledge was more fun. At least you didn't have to follow some stupid cart and as we all know, ledge layout is the best ever.

Delve made the game single player. To rape delve you just make a CI character stack evasion and increases duration then just phase run around in the dark collecting loot going as deep as you want. Its cheesy and ruined endgame.

Don't think you have any experience with end game dude and you probably shouldn't spew non-sense when your highest char is 66 out of all things.

Uuuh.. seems you only read the topic name. Op said clearly that if it has to be in the game he wants improvements to it. Granted the original poster did not go into any details at all, thats still a far cry from what you seem to have assumed from the title.


I will repeat. We all love this game, and complaining is not the same as hating the game. Its our attempt at expressing what we feel would make it even better.
Surely you dont think the game is perfect the way it is?
Cant we at least find some common ground, that league mechanics generally come out a bit unpolished and requesting improvements to them, beforw they are added to core game is a valid concern!?

To all you people saying "if you don't like it, then don't do it." You're wrong. Not doing certain things isn't an option anymore. Lab isn't optional. They've made it too important. For the record, nothing would make me happier than never setting foot in a delve again. I just hope that's an option.

Gating content behind the terrible Delve mechanics will absolutely cause me to reevaluate what I'm really getting out of this game. I know that won't matter to you, but hopefully it matters to someone.

I am not disappointed to see delve in the next patch! Love it!

Yes, it's not optional since you need to get your accendancy points there. And, yes, it's optional in terms of farming currency. That's why some people/streamers don't bother with lab and farm only maps while others call lab a gold mine.

I dont understand why is everyone so mad about this thread. OP just said that he would like to see some improvements (he doesnt suggest any specific change tho, or explain why dont like it).

You can understand mechanics and complete certain content in the game and still think that needs improvements, i dont see anything wrong with that.

Also, people going "fanboy" mode are the same thing as people going "hater" mode, neither of you explain or reason your points of view, instead just insult the other one, i dont see how can that be productive.

Because the title implies: 'I don't like it so it shouldn't be in the game'. It's like a meme: 'Stop having fun!'

It's fine to dislike something or ask for improvements. But it's childlish and selfish to ask to remove something optional only because you dislike it even though it has no effect on you whatsoever.

This mentality is of course not exclusive to POE. I've seen it in a lot of games. An optional game mode is added and people start writing things like: 'This mode sucks, delete it'.

Why should it be deleted if others like it? If you don't like it don't play it and stick to the main content. I find prophechies and uberlab grinding boring so I simply ignore this content instead of demanding to remove it because of me, myself and I.
