3.4 m Shaper/Elder DPS isn't that much accurate, cause you won't make that damage even for 90% time of the fight. Disable vaal ancestral warchief from the buffs for more accurate numbers. Also shock might be tricky for all those heavy bosses.

yes but in map with 90% avoid ele status is not a permabuff

Any low lvl gear (i can imagine the skilltree, first up to the Templer tree)

no dude it's same dps... if u don't write good voidforge mod in "edit" u don't see full dps.
