CuteDog's "trade"
Streamers, other than the professionals who stream occasionally, are paid clowns. Think of stand up comedians but without the wit to keep a show going for hours or the brains to think up their own jokes.

" Ok I should have been more clear on that. What I meant was why did it matter to the OP if that happened. Obviously it is against ToS, but it in no way affects others' gameplay |

" I'd be playing PoE slightly more efficiently and RMT'ing items as well if that was allowed. Now take a gander why it bothers me that a totally-not-rmt'ing-guy is a streamer and lets some other douche bag profit out of it? |

This is like saying you are at a restaurant, and if you look really hard across the street, you see a guy drinking a beer. You see a "no alcohol" sign, and a waiter bringing him more beer in exchange for a $5 note. If you weren't straining yourself to look in the first place, then you wouldn't have even noticed, but now that you have noticed, HOW DARE HE BE DOING THAT MY MEAL IS COMPLETELY RUINED, WAITER COME HERE AND LET ME BUY ALCOHOL AS WELL BECAUSE MY MEAL IS TOTALLY AFFECTED BY THIS HE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO DO THAT.
Can you see how silly it is? If it bothers you, dont pay any attention to it. Don't make up any hypothetical situations on how you would play the game so differently, and how this is ruining your gameplay, because it isn't. I'm sure there are plenty of games out there where RMT is a full part of the game, so maybe you should be playing one of those if your goal in playing a game is to make real cash, rather than relaxing and PLAYING A GAME. The point of this is that Streamers collect money. If they also give out items, it can be inferred that they are giving out items in exchange for money.
You can color that many different shades of the rainbow, spray it with expensive cologne, and polish it to a healthy shine... it's still RMT. |

What you really should focus on is how desperate some folks are for attention and what they're willing to do for it....
Yep, totally over league play.

Gifting people you enjoy watching do something... fine you want to show your appreciation.
"Gifting" people or shamelessly tossing things at them in hopes of grabbing their attention for just a moment - a growing issue in our society. In other words, a desperation for a fleeting moment of fame that has no substance. Looking how social media has evolved, it's clear that people are having a harder and harder time telling fiction from reality. Even streamers fall into that category, and their viewers are definitely no exception. Yep, totally over league play.

CuteDog is fully legit, he just abuses bitchbois and fanscrubs. That's what they are for so i'd consider CuteDog smart for giving them that small moment of useless attention for a LOT of ingame items. Gratz to him.

" Let's just say my post got edited by support when I hinted it wasn't just to get a laugh. But no matter what it is, it smelled funny. And it's so fkn annoying to watch. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat Shadow: That was fun Last edited by johnKeys#6083 on Oct 12, 2018, 2:00:23 AM
