Things people loathe about PoE

Ok i'm finally taking the time to answer to your wall of text. If you reply to this aswell, i hope you'll try to keep it shorter and more concise.

Also in many points, you just insert some random quote, or "joke" that has nothing to do with my original points in order to derail it... dunno why u try, cos the original list won't get changed due to it anyway. Hence i'm not gonna even bother replying to the points where you do that. I'll just skip them here and only reply to the ones that are more or less real replies. So know that the points i skip here, i deemed unworthy of replying to because i found them to either be off-topic, troll-ish, or one of those random stories that have nothing to do with my original point :)

The numbers infront of the points are, as they were in the origial list/quotes, so no confusion.

1.You don't know what GGG will consider polish or not, and your story about names doesn't really matter here. All i'm saying is that i loathe the fact that you can't shift around your chars on the login screen, like you could in WoW for an example.
2.They're mostly meaningless. What do mod tiers have to do with anything here lol. I don't appreciate the sarcasm either btw.
3.Nah i never hold alt, it's unnecessary and i have good control so yeah. You don't get to decide what i subjectively loathe though... so yeah. For me it is something to loather and that's the end of it.

You're talking about things here as if i don't know about them lol. It's not about that. Just cause you know a way around an annoying mechanic doesn't mean you can't loathe the ANNOYING mechanic.
4.You just comitted a literal contradiction by saying that "my opinion is not subjective"... lol an "opinion" IS subjective, there's nothing objectvie about what you're saying. Also noone said that i loathe smth just to loathe it...lol

11.Couldn't care less about knowing if chaos res affects bleed mitigation or not. I'm not a wikipedia of PoE, i never stack any chaos res cos it's meaningless in 99% of the game and i don't make bleed builds, cos they're shit. The point still holds.

19.Not forcing us to shift elder/shaper influence and do maps that we don't want to do. That would make it better. Increase sulphite gains aswell btw and let us play the game, instead of holding everything back and trying to manipulate how we play GGG. Very common opinion shared by many btw.
21.Stop trolling, trading is done in your hideout. I haven't met a SINGLE person EVER that wanted to trade with me outside their or my ho.

27.No it was literally a mod making a mistake and i got unmuted very quickly. There was no infraction. It was a misunderstanding of the mod and whoever sent me the support mail agreed. They're system is flawed af. Also i don't "choose to change what i'm saying" cos i'm "scared" of some anti free speech mods. You always gotta say what you want, but in that case i said nothing "bad" and the mod simply made a mistake.
28.As i told you, i'm not gonna make an accoutn on a third party website, to spend a bit of money in 1 game. System worked fine b4, then they mucked it up with Xsolla and are losing money due to it.

Not knowing what upgrades to purchase. Not knowing how to scale the damage to do end-game content easily. Wasting my time leveling a character to then realize the character fucking sucks and I wasted my time.

Why is POB or a similar program not officially supported by GGG? When you guys going to free Openarl?

My pet peeves with POE:

1. It is too random. Many chests, map bosses etc are in many ways totally meaningless. I just had Xoph in his domain drop a random useless low level unique and nothing else. Stuff like that should not happen. I'm not saying drop more loot. I'm saying give meaning to bosses and Chests etc. Make it way less random for such sources of loot.

2. No autosort of inventory of any kind. Can't search maps across all map tabs etc.

3. Catacombs in act 3 feel meaningless still

4. Syndicate labs feel useless and annoying

Watch Grimro's vid on Youtube, he has an entire vid explaining how to scale damage with a list and points and examples etc.

The guy that makes PoB, got hired by GGG btw, so PoB is just gonna get better too, cos he is in-house now.

The only thing I hate, outright loathe, about PoE is the 10% Death Penalty.
They Really, Really need a League setting where it doesn't apply.


Otherwise, PoE is a Great Game.

Try playing the league if you want something fresh. For everyone else like me, the constant Atlas shuffle is a pain in the ass.

Agreed. There are stretches where I can't consistently play PoE. I like to shape my atlas but the sextant cost of every single re-shuffle is going to deplete my sextants if this is the way the game's going to take shape. My reds are already gone from the last one.

Well maybe I'll build up an elder pool instead. Woops, atlas re-shuffled again. Try again next time.

Then there's the unique map completion that will most likely get rolled back again. Cool, another 10 exalts down the drain through no fault of my own. How much are Perandus and Doryani maps? 8ex for the two probably.

Sextant change seems neat, however. Someone hinted at a map being able to be hit by 5 throughout the atlas. That's a nice change so it might pull be back into the game. Really just want to see the melee rework for 3.7.

The most annoying thing is the fact that after 1,300 hours in this freaking game I still got 0 mirror drops. Like srsly WTF, at least once GGG :/


Second most annoying thing are people who show their shitty items on global. At least if you want to flex, admit it right away instead of asking like retard "PC please?"

Next thing is Trade chat. Who needs that shit lol

Rubberbanding in Uber Lab when you are trying to not die due to traps <_<

Permanent allocation on items when you play with friends. Jesus, why people can't accept simple and fair rule "50/50" on each valuable item? What is so hard in comprehending the concept of "fairness"??

Random DC's especially when in Lab. That shit should be rewarded in some way srsly

Random one-shots that obliterated you in a nanosecond and your complete helplessness when it happens.

Trying to hit 3B-1R on your pure Eva item ffs

Completely broken and useless tooltip dmg that sometimes makes no sense, so you go to PoB only to realize that even PoB is unable to calculate correct dps on your Voidforge <_<

And last but not least:

Whole melee in this game. You spent 3ex on some "good" melee items only to realize that Arc Elementalist in vendor eq deals more dmg than you hahaha... pathetic
