I'm feeling suicidal right now.

I just want to come back to the game. I've spent a lot of money on my account and money for me is tight enough as it is. I cant simply go and buy the delve supporter package again, after i bought it two days ago as well 200 points.

Please anyone from GGG. Please let me come back. I'm begging you.. I will never use a software that i don't know about ever again. I WANT TO COME BACK TO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE! IM ON THE VERGE OF SELF HARMING MYSELF,I JUST WANT TO SLAM MY HEAD INTO THE WALL AT THIS MOMENT BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT IS DEAR TO ME AND I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO GET IT BANNED IN THE FIRST PLACE, THIS IS ALL A MISUNDERSTANDING BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW POE HUD WAS A CHEATING SOFTWARE!

I think this situation with ban just shows you that you should change something in your life. And now it is your chance for positive changes. If you feel suicidal after your account get banned, it means that you live in a fake self-fabled world where this game become too important. Thing about playing online games should not go so far. Just imagine if your account will be unbanned you will get back to the game and nothing will change. But now you should calm down and realize that nothing in this world can worth more than your life, especcially fking videogame.

I hope you will make some positive conclusions from this situation and make your life just better. Don't let your emotions drive you wrong way.
I advice you to take a break from playing and read the book "The Power Of NOW" by Eckhart Tolle. It will help to change views.

For me your story is suspect. You claim that you didn't know it was cheating software and you claim that you didn't know they had a website. Where did you find it and download it from then? Because I just read every place I could find the download and they all clearly state it's a cheat.

I think you knew it was cheating but you felt it wasn't "really" cheating so you risked it. Lots of other people were using it without getting banned so you thought you could get away with it too. That seems far more likely to me. But that doesn't mean you aren't being honest, just that your story seems incongruent to me, and I'm sure others. It's also not the first time someone claimed they were just doing something 4TRY4C&4NO.

However, it is really beside the point. GGG will not unban you so you should just move on. They will lock this thread telling you that someone from support will discuss this matter with you and that will be the end of it. They'll tell you the same thing they already told you and you will still be banned. You're wasting your time trying to get them to reverse it. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. Besides, I'm sure cheaters use that same lie all the time, so how is GGG supposed to believe you, an honest, upstanding non-cheater, over all those other dishonest cheaters?

I understand if you don't believe me since it's hard to trust people these days. But i for one stand by what i said that i did use the software without knowing it was for cheating. I didn't know being able to see the static of how many monsters you have killed and exp by hour and mobs icons? I am being very serious when i say, I WOULD NOT HAVE TOUCHED IT IF I KNEW OKAY?
