You really need to evaluate your priorities if being banned in a video game is reason for your OP.

That's true. But as i said. Not the same without many premium tabs, as well map,currency,essence etc. Not to mention cosmetics. I really liked the shadowstalker. That was the one i bought two days ago btw.
If POE is your (only) hobby, you'll find the money to buy yourself back in. Just look at it as a speeding ticket. Buy another pack, spend the points on the necessary stash tabs and the supporter pack comes with "free" mtx.
My will to live is has seriously gone down the drain right now. I've been a player since 2014 and yes i may have not played the game a lot like others have. But i still do get back to poe time to time. I came back like two weeks ago for this delve leauge and i have been enjoying it so far. Getting all the way down to depth 181, which doesn't seem like much by what depth other players are at atm. Anyway. The reason why im feeling like this is. Is because i got banned. It was because of my stupidity. Trusting my friend about using thing called poe hud? Apprently it's not allowed. I thought it was allowed like lab compass. I used it about two times and stopped using it after that because i didn't like the clutter it caused. Either way. After a way days of not using it. I suddendly got logged out and had a message about being banned. Which of course confused me since i was unaware about poe hud being a cheating software. So, i contacted support about it and had this person called "Rob" telling me that my account has been perma-banned and "You are permitted to create a new account, but please ensure that you read and follow our Terms of Use carefully in the future." even tho i've explained my situation about the whole thing. Heck i even bought the delve supporter package two days ago and not to mention all the cosmetics and stashes like currency,map etc. It really sucks that i cant be un-banned for being unaware about poe hud not being allowed. I blame my friend telling me to use it. But most of all, i blame myself for not looking it up, if it was alright or not. I just want to end it tonight..
Honestly, if it is the truth youre telling it's a sad Story.
But you also should be aware that many People who got banned have a Story behind it.

Back to topic, it's really hard to know what is allowed or not, support is kinda never clear about it ( no offence here i just think it must be improved for the security of users ).
We are sometimes lucky enough to have a mail from support published in x or y tool thread on forum or on reddit but that's it and sadly not even 1% of userbase will ever have a look at these plateforms.
I think an official whitelist would be better displayed on website to show what is approved by GGG and let us assume that everything that isn't in this list is NOT (YET) APPROVED.
At least we know front page of this website is visited a lot more wich wouldn't let any excuses to faulty users finding weird tools on google, and avoiding issues when it come to pick one that is allowed.
Third party tools are the Hardcore part of this game these days ...
Relax and think that it's still a game btw, i can ̶u̶n̶d̶e̶r̶s̶t̶a̶n̶d̶ imagine what you feel right now but at the end of the days no matter amount of time played it's still pixels on a screen and few bucks lost, you have much more to win with everything else in life !

Dude its just a game. You must come from a charmed background if this is making you suicidal. Half my extended family was wiped out in afghanistan in the 70/80s they could ban me and it's like whatever. Get some perspective.

Have no idea if you are being genuine or not but please don't take your life over something as meaningless as a video game. Life holds more meaning than that. Please feel free to PM me if you need anyone to talk to.
