The beautiful country of Kazahrus

My friends are pretty smart, and wouldn't want to endanger me, so yea I might jump off a cliff if they said it was safe.

Ok, fair enough, but people say, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so when it comes to tastes and senses, one should always decide for himself. Much better is to claim didn't watch, didn't care instead to rely on some others view, after all we perceive the world in a unique way, everyone for himself /even the utter moron/. When we say something about something we express only that we detected a fraction from it, and when you say: yes, indeed, we only agree that we saw the same fraction.
This is why I dislike "pro" analysts of some artwork, who make money from blah-blah and create opinions for the masses thinking god, how smart I am. And about jumping from cliff, I wouldn't trust anyone except me, and maybe after a careful examination, I would eventually jump if those friends confirm my observation of the cliff. The rarity of true cult classics and under-appreciated genius artists is such that it supports the idea that people who have a good ability to rate things based on their experience can generally be trusted to be roughly correct.
56% Rotten Tomatoes, really? ![]() So, just finished Alias Grace. Brilliant. |
