All together they are $380. So I just want to know if I can use these with the system I have already, obviously replacing these items with my current ones?
LOL i5 2500k is much faster than Phenom II 955... and the price difference between those two cpu are close...
go to i5 2500k if you want an updated cpu in next years... (or i7 2600k if you have money)

The 2500k is strictly for overclocking. And big overclocks at that, mine is sitting at 4.5ghz over its 3.3ghz stock. Furthermore Ivy Bridge is going to be released soon and will blow away the current 32nm Sandy Bridge.

BTW: Yeah the i5 2500k may be better, but its freaking $100 more expensive. If you can find me one that costs $120 like the Phenom II than sure =).
Thanks anyways.

All you have to really worry about is whether or not your case is tall enough. That motherboard you have right there is a standard ATX motherboard. Most cases (like 98% of them) will fit this kind. If you are really worried about it buy yourself a nice case too since you have to remove almost all of the components anyway to replace the motherboard.
