Any reason NOT to delete a character?

Dont forget to remove your nice jewels from the tree. Ive lost many.

I usually delete when i get the tree reset, forget what i was doing. I kept a few chars i enjoy playing in standard, but most go.

Heh, I JUST lost about 2 characters worth of jewels before I remembered the jewels XD I lost a portrait due to character deletion back in the day too, they just just let you able to auto remove this kinda stuff without deletion worry...

I would have imagined the new cosmetics interface would make accidentally deleting MTX effects with a character impossible. Earlier the effects disappeared from your MTX stash when attached to an item, but now they are always visible and the game even tells you which character is using it at the moment. I guess a bug or bad coding might make the effect inaccessible if it's still marked as being used by the deleted character, but support can surely resolve that (and file a ticket to development).

I keep my actually good characters around. Currently I have eight of them, although most are in need of a passive tree rebuild as they've gotten reset since the league I played them in.

I try to delete all the Standard characters, except one.

Can't delete the guy with the Legacy BoR... is my most beloved one.
