Achievements not unlocking??

Day 6 update: I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game, deleted and re-downloaded my profile, and performed daily hard console reboots, and still no retroactive unlocking of the Imperfections achievement. I've met the requirements several times since the last patch was deployed, and it just won't unlock. Also, over the past few days, I've unlocked three achievements for which the requirements haven't been met: Master Cartographer, Left to Chance, and Atlas of Worlds.

I'm currently one step away from unlocking Omnipotent and Shaper of Worlds but not sure whether I'll attempt since I'm not confident the achievements will unlock.

It appears I'm not the only one encountering this problem. Is anyone looking into this? After nearly a week, a simple response would be greatly appreciated.
