I am getting pissed... even in the support ticket that I sent about that problem I only got one reply after ONE WEEK asking if this still persists... OF COURSE it still persists.. just start the game and set shadows to off and go into the delve... wtf? And it's yet again one week after that reply...
People still can't delve because the lightning/shadow system in delve with DEACTIVATED SHADOWS melts comps... And yet another patch and it gets ignored... Fix this goddamn... People can't play delves because of this... Got a new ticket reply after another WHOLE WEEK... What was the reply? The EXACT SAME TEXT AGAIN... "Does this still happen?" I really can't understand this. FORWARD THIS DAMN PROBLEM TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO DO WITH IT... How can you ask that. Set your game to DX9, disable shadows and everything, go into the delve and see special lightning + shadows. I alrady see it coming next sunday I get a new message asking me if the patch from this week fixed it and it will go on this way until the league is over... New Patchnotes are out and STILL no mention about the problem, that the delve ignores shadow settings.
