If you were there, you would have noticed I was muted for saying the word "retarded", which in and of itself if a joke.

I was banned by sepiroth, or whatever his name was because while he was badmouthing me in chat I messaged him directly and told him I didn't appreciate it. I was banned for being 'too toxic', yet I couldn't say a word in chat.

My disagreement was with March, who is pretty much the biggest tool I've had to deal with on the internet.

Words have different strength to different people.

To a friend it means like haha i saw your funny fail there.
A complete stranger will take it as hate and will hate you back just like that.

If I call you fucking retard then you will take it as hate, but when your friend tell you it then its a joke.

Rules are clearly stated when you join discord. Complaining about being muted by bot for using profanities when it's like I said on three strike settings - so you was reminded about not using them twice before you got muted - it's pointless.

Regarding Sephirot action I can't say anything because I neither have access to logs nor pm of other people so I don't know how you behaved all the time. By the way - if you would call someone retarded in Northern Ireland when working you would straight away lose your job. On top of that looking how you are calling March "the biggest tool" I highly doubt you wrote to Sephirot "you didn't appreciate it". Wording is important.

Long story short - everyone can have own opinion regarding everything but complaining about bot enforcing rules you knew beforehand is illogical.

Your behavior itself can be described as toxic - "I was muted for saying the word "retarded", which in and of itself if a joke" - when you used this word you was arguing with other user so it's hardly classified as a joke even when not taking in count how such words will give you a warning by bot. Later you are calling someone "the biggest tool" which have nothing to do with this thread at all and give further evidence sentence which ended getting you banned wasn't used as a joke but as an insult.

PS I used to work as GM and SGM for game publisher and saw hundreds of different situations. In the end final decision is within moderator/discord owner-admin hands. 100% they have an access to a lot more data than simple user - be it warning logs or channel logs. What you done here is just giving evidence you wasn't muted without reason. We can speculate do banning you was necessary or you just should get a final warning or something but as far as it goes decision is within discord team hands. If you insist you was banned without reason you should ask higher instance than moderator to review your ban and then make another step - if you was banned without reason ban would be revoked and moderator reprimanded. If you was banned rightfully you can always "negotiate" it with team. Key factor here is you yourself. Do you really think you wasn't going against set rules, would you like another person to act towards you like you acted and list goes on. Sometimes it's better to resolve matters instead escalating it further without reason.
