How are you going to get the enchant you need? There's over 400 helmet enchants. Are you saying you're going to run the same old af lab for the rest of the new league?

With a Harlequin's Mask, it's still a stat stick. Otherwise we could call it stat pot or stat cap.

Both new currencies are classified as 'stackable', so I expect: yes. Stash tab maybe once they add it to core (which seem like to happen; maybe after 3.5.0 if there's again something to rebalance like with incursion mode)

For the rarity: I expect them to be not that uncommon (in general), at least now while running as challenge leagues. Very nice variants 'may' be more rare, and probably 'gated' behind high level restrictions - and the craft results are limited by high base affixes anyway (and rng)...

You just buy white helm with that enchant and only then start crafting it.
