What do you think about my new 3.4 summoner guardian?

I would say that you haven't really thought it through, nor specified exactly what you are going to summon
Don't think Unnatural Calm or MoM are worth it, assuming you'll be using auras.

Plan is to use zombies/spectres to get the ball rolling while not worrying too much about dealing damage myself, just applying the dom blow effect on monsters.

the new Dom Blow and herald proc on hit against uniques/bosses, so you can keep swarms up with enough attack speed
Im also toying with the new passive tree for Guardian Summoner

Idea of Templar summoner is to get your hands dirty. I think going dom blow, new herald so

(Bear with me, no itemization what so ever, didn't think that far yet) but talent tree I would itemize around would prolly be something like https://pastebin.com/pGFH8hYL

New herald + wrath should make it nicely, scale lightning elemental damage and have overload to trigger increased elemental damage, you won't do millions of damage but with minions and high survivability it adds up. You can scale your and minions damage with itemization. Not sure though how to gem dom blow to make it viable and scale whatever it summons well enough. However I think minion damage f.ex. would scale your damage too with new talent so it makes interesting combos.

Maybe even have dom blow, minion damage, summon phantasm, increased melee damage, multistrike, + sixth as main skill.

Why Harmony of Purpose? Do they fixed the charge sharing?
If taking dominating blow has no base elemental damage, why take Storm Weaver/light of Divinity/Divine Fervour?

those points seem ebtter served elsewhere
