It's really not only CI related. Any build with no Physical Resistance but a positive Chaos Resistance stands to gain from a conversion like that. Maxing out your Chaos Resistance is decidedly more easy for a Dodge/Evation build than getting significant, reliable and always uptime Physical defense.

So Warbands will have a Delve zone. And they're either going to have some new Mods in their pools or Delve bands will have exclusive mods. Either way, this could be neat.
