Could you collect couple of WinMTR captures for me? This should help me troubleshoot the connection issues you're experiencing. Please use the 'Copy text to clipboard' button, and paste into this thread.
These cover both of the hosts we use in Dallas (a problem may be affecting one but not the other). | |

I'm currently getting MASSIVE packet loss to a particular instance server on the texas gateway. There are multiple that are having problems (some seem fine) but this one in particular is exceptionally bad. I haven't seen it this bad before.

I've had a look at the connection from the servers back to you. I don't see any packet loss, but there is some serious jitter on the last 2-3 hops back to your connection. The expected latency is around 10-15ms, but it's spiking up to 400ms once every few seconds. I'll PM you the MTR capture back to you from the login server. You might be able to send these through to your ISP so they can see what's up. |
