2/3 of the Incursion behind us. Conclusions.

All I want to say - it's the first league that makes me want to play after 2 months. Crafting temples is amazing, mechanics are enjoyable and I really like PoE how it looks like nowadays - and I play this game for years (had another account in the early beta days).

Why am I writing this?
90% of all comments and threads here are negative to this game, and I want to speak for the people that enjoy Incursion and got still plenty stuff to do here (especially for SSF IHC as I do).

Non-SSF players were done in one week of no life playing.
There's been lots of positive feedback on Incursion. I can see the point of some of the detraction as well. Good balance of it. Most of all I find it fun... which is what counts to most players. I hope they get it right putting it together for core. The 10% spawn rate is probably too low to make it... while the 10% first then 100% is way too much. There needs to be down-time between encounters with league stuff or it becomes too intrusive. We'll see their plans shortly.

I have to admit, the whole idea of Incursion blew my mind, playing it blew my mind but now, after 200+ Temples i am at a HUGH lose (Exalt/currency/gear) wise.
IF incursion in ANY way (like ehhh every league?!) had rewards, i would still be playing.

Couple of tips for GGG then, plz put rewards in your game! especially if it is the league theme?! No body wants to do this amount of temples and come out negative :(
Secondly (minor stuff) it doesnt feel part of the game :( like breach, Harbringer, etc. did. Here you must stop, talk to Alva,etc. this stuff just breaks your concetration!
Lastly, PLZ stop with the you must play X build to succeed in this game, only fast, aoe builds florish this league, FeelsBadMan!

So after BEstiary (ok you cant go worse then BEstiary :) a great league, if only it had rewards and was made for every1 :(
I thought Chris has already stated that adding Incursion to Core was a no go. He said people would grow tired of running them.

Oh, it had rewards, but only rewards behind huge gambling RNG. Just had to be rich enough to attempt.

I am personally having a lot of fun with it even after getting a super late start due to needing to study and work life taking precedence. I really hope it makes it to core game because I mostly play league to get specific items that will help my standard builds and I can see bricking many, many items trying for the double corruptions I want.

I think it is healthy for the game to remove items from circulation. It's also just fun to go through the temple getting some of those blue crafting bases which should lead to more currency sinks.
Sound the dread alarm, through the primal body! Sound the reveille, to be or not to be. Rise! Stay the grand finale! Stay the reading of our swan song and epilogue. One drive to stay alive! Elementary, muster every fiber. Mobilize! Stay alive!
If they include it in core they should rebalance it and just make it rare but really epic, increase the drop-rates of the good rooms as we won't be getting them every 13 maps and make all the currently zero reward rooms either buff the bosses loot drops substantially or apply a quantity bonus on the temple.

It'd be a waste to not reuse it at all as on the whole i've really enjoyed the league
I gotta add that i had fun on IHC also, not ssf only. Maybe there's a thing in a fact that for 20% of ISC and 3% of IHC league mechanics become dull under 15 days.
