You could save 2 passive points by having a large cluster with 3 notables. Get a 5% life recovered on block shield. Get Rumi's flask. Get a curse ring so you can use immortal call setup in your shield. Unless I'm missing something your unending hunger doesn't even work since it has 30 int in radius. When you have the currency you can go for the different versions of gems like AG and carrion golem. Replace anatomical jewel with ghastly that has minion damage when you have used minion skill recently.
Can't really comment on the skill tree if it's good or not as you are clearly going for something different than Kay. Also going for something different in medium clusters, some gems and not using diadem with the auras.

I have been playing a low life variant of this, have killed s9 and maven etc. I think however the dps will struggle for the feared so I haven't attempted that yet.
Build plays fine, just need figure a way to improve dps to overcome the feared I think

Looking at the pure spectre build, both gloves it suggests are int gloves but the build wants them to be 4 green sockets, is this right? This seems a little expensive to roll them 4 green so I assume I am missing something.

you make them 4g on crafting bench by going 2 sockets>at least 2 green>3 sockets>4. if you didnt get green on 3 sockets just go back to 2 and repeat until you have 4 green

Absolutely yeah. The life on block shield is HUGE and rumi's makes it even better. If I were you I would get the curse ring right after the shield.
