After 2 leagues with TR I want to play spectres again.

@kay is your gearing progress still up-to-date? what spectres do we use on leveling - early mapping?

Yep still same!

Story:
Slave Driver

Early map I recommend casters for faster mapping:
FAS (anyone can get it from heist)
SO (raise from syndicate or ask in /global 6666)
BP (need crusade influence)

Melee is OK too, if you don't mind a little slower clearing:
Crabbies (harvest or /global 6666)
SR (redeemer influence)

*SoE is good choice too (esh breach), but little slower than other ranged spectres.
I think Artless Assassin is ok, but some people said the AI is a bit bad.

Has anything drastically changed with SRS then besides the minions exploding earlier?

As far as gear and sockets are we running something pretty similar this season until further testing is done?

I used different version of the build until 36 challenges, faster map clearing with 6L spectres (SO). So I will make that default style.

I will also add a tankier version because people ask for it!

Thanks for filling me in, cant wait to see the new SRS, minion bomber was probably the most fun I have had with minions and will fold into that starting pretty soon after the grind begins!

I'm totally new to PoE and following your guide makes it so much easier! Thank you so much for this. A question though, how important is it to always check for new gear/gems while levling? Will I replace all after act 10?

Rule of thumb: max res first
Whenever you feel the mobs are so strong, upgrade your gear.

By maxing res do you mean with the crafting table?

I personally did not but I can tell you that nothing would be as good as SO for clear or single target. SO are absolutely broken.

Edit: Barring any Ultimatum spectres of course. ;)
