I killed T15 Elder, all Shaper Guardians deathless on the first try but unfortunately I did not manage to kill Shaper in the one try I made because MoM in combination with cyclone really sucks against those DoT ground effects. With another skills as trigger Shaper should be easy doable too. I would not recommend to try UberElder with this build. I think vaal BV is best for bosses and vaal haste is good for more clear speed and also for bosses. I think you could drop the orher vaal gems for higher level / quality gems especially arc 21/20 would be great for this build. Vaal cyclone i found to risky to use... I died a few time while doin that. I would for sure use regular Cyclone and Arc gems at 21/20 over their Vaal counterparts, unless you can get your hands on a 21/20 vaal gem of course. Especially Arc just makes too much difference and Vaal arc is a clear skill, which this build already doesn't lack at it stands. Vaal BV is great, Vaal Haste is too. Piece of advice as far as Cyclone/BV goes: Physical to Lightning. :) Carry on my waypoint son, there'll be peace when maps are done. Lay your portal gem to rest, don't you die no more. 'Cause it's a bitter sweet symphony this league. Try to make maps meet, you're a slave to the meta, then you leave.
