In short, the available supply of skill MTX is... Lacking. I look over the current "top skills" for Incursion, and counting Vaal skills as their main skill (and ignoring Lightning Spire Trap, which is new to 3.3.0) I get the following list, and the number of MTX available for each:

• Arc (33% of characters) - 2 MTX
  
• Blade Vortex (27%) - 1 MTX
  
• Righteous Fire (7%) - 2 MTX
  
• Barrage (6%) - no MTX
  
• Tornado Shot (6%) - 1 MTX
  
• Elemental Hit (6%) - no MTX
  
• Double Strike (6%) - no MTX
  
• Kinetic Blast (5%) - 1 MTX
  
• Molten Strike (4%) - no MTX
  
• Frenzy (3%) - no MTX

So fully half of our list (accounting for 25% of all characters!) are using a skill for which there's no purchasable MTX to reskin it. And for three more (38%) there's only one option, that very likely won't fit with whatever aesthetic they set for the character.

This is basicly just the Necrotic Weapon Effect, but actually done better.

So what, now your just remaking all the weapon skins and reselling them now? Is that what is coming next?
