My first reaction was "Definitely not" then I read the other posts that confirmed my reaction.

" That´s wrong on so many levels, I don´t even know where to start. But no, it´s not mirror tier with multi mods. Hard to craft a three T1 for sure, but compared to a meta craft still pretty easy and cheap to do. It´s worth a lot of exalts though. |

I would use my amulet over that one any day. "Never argue with an idiot. They will take you down to their level and beat you trough experience."

no? because there are better one for about 40 ex? with 10 quant ~75 life and 10 pen, which equals alot more dmg than this

This is 6-7 ex worth amul. Nothing more for me, and I run build which could benefit from such an amulet. This one is good, but it has some basic flaws. No resistances, +30 int, in most cases totally useless for ele based builds, as they have enough inteligence anyway. Then 4-38 light. damage in not too impressive. 10% items quantity is meh, if you run MF char, you use bisco.

" Agree with you on all aspects except the fact that Int is useless. It's highly sought after actually and Lapis is one of the best bases to roll a good ele amulet.
