Hello, looks interesting, was thinking about doing this in SSF, I have Halcyon, but how important are the other uniques and do you think its possible?

Hello. Making this build now. I have an interest in the CI build. Would you advice going full ES by taking Ghost Dance instead of Weave the Arcane?

Is Swift Killer enough on its own for frenzy generation?

Any thoughts on the recent Cold Snap changes and if there's a way to work around those changes? Seems that clearspeed is okay but trying to kill anything high HP is just abysmally bad.
