Why Is This Game Named POE, If Edgar Isn't In It?

One of us has extensive post-grad English coursework, a degree in Creative Writing, a published book and has been tapped by GGG to proof read patch notes.

The other is a troll who probably doesn't even know who James Joyce was.

I'll let you figure out which of us can "read English right", although even that might be overestimating things.

I hope there's more to your life than this.

Anyone else find it funny someone makes a play on words as far as Pee Wee's Big Adventure with what he said, and in turn he responds by telling me all the ways he knows how to speak English well, including that he published a book (anyone can do that, literally anyone), and proofread GGG's patch notes?

hahahahahaha

This joke just keeps unfolding and getting funnier and funnier.

We learned something though.

If any of you want to get published for $20, you can write on the back of your book something like, "Extensive knowledge of the English language and verified spell checker for GGG".

I'm sure the world will be extremely impressed.

Even if I won't be.

Anyway... back to looking for Edgar.

I've looked real hard and I can't find Edgar Allan Poe anywhere, or his writings.

I must be missing something.

I'll try again now.

DON'T SPOIL IT FOR ME IF YOU KNOW WHERE HE IS !!!!!!!!!!

Here something to dring after that rusk.

MOre than 10 years ago ive read his story about this wreckage survivor that was drinking wine and writing memoirs using his blood. Not so scary like i thought it would be. Also appriciceate his schizophrenia about world but personally Phillip K. Dick is much better at this.
Oh, he is in the game. Just ask Sexcalibur(?).

You know how they say fact is stranger than fiction? It's usually more horrifying too.

No word of a lie, I'm currently reading the most disturbing thing you'll probably ever find. I had to order a physical copy because it's not available digitally. It's called 'When Rabbit Howls' by and about a famous MPD called Truddi Chase, who had 92 distinct personalities.

...And the first ones emerged when she was 2 years old.

Have a think about what sort of trauma she must have gone through to fragment that thoroughly. One word: step-father. Reading it leaves me almost physically sick, but the way all the different voices negotiate the many, many layers of trauma is compelling as hell. The fact that several of her persons were incredible writers helps. This woman would have been an everyday creative genius if not for what happened to her.

I appreciate well written fiction in its construction and art but nothing beats the horrors of hidden realities to really shake your core.

Many good fictions are based on reality. Mentioned PKD had all sort of problems with "reality" and that can be seeing in his work very plaintly. Later work more this thing.

I also like books about psyche... Well i like good books no matter the gender. I must say i prefer social fiction. Duuno if You read it but i recommend Apostezjon by Edmund Wnyk Lipiński (worldly known scientist).
NEVER MORE
