Fixing players that steal drops!

GGG's official stance on ninja looting: Party with friends. They aren't going to implement instanced loot, they dislike the idea behind it, and feel like it takes away from the game. The timer isn't going to go up, and they aren't going to implement instanced loot.

It is a bit ironic that one of the Devs on Reddit said he hated ninja looting in Diablo 2, yet that is exactly what GGG's loot system does to 'encourage conflict between players' yet following that same dev's response to partying with friends, it removes that entire artificial conflict entirely.

The timers are random and ONLY function as to give ranged characters a chance to get some items too. I repeat, the timers do NOT reserve the item for you, they just give you the chance to get the item.
