Help getting PoB latest version

Guys, I need to use PoB for incursion. However, my PoB is giving me an error and refusing to update.

Could someone please give me an updated copy of PoB with 3.3 skill tree as the 'releases' page of PoB does not have anything past v1.4.78.

Take that version and there is an update button in the bottom left to update to the latest.

I know of the update button. However, it keeps giving me the error :
"Couldn't Download Version Manifest
Reason : SSL Connect Error
Check your internet connectivity.
If you are using a proxy,specify it in options"

Thus, I am unable to update it. I wanted someone who has the latest copy to share the files so I could use them.

Tried redownloading, using the installer version and nothing worked.
Read the first 5 pages,could not find a comment with similar issue.
I searched the forums for it, and all openarl said was something in my machine is blocking it(not sure how I'm gonna even hunt for this...)

SSL error means something blocks the connection to the patch server / certificate error.

Do you have Antivirus software or firewall software installed?

What is your OS? Is it up to date?
