i usually just play what i feel like. there is no fav build,

Rn, fireball/magma is more dominant.

Actually, Dota is one of the hardest game to play with an insane learning curve (when today PoE is just one button pew pew boom boom). It's also free (with mtx like poe) so don't see where the cash grab is.
