Clear speed. A lot of it, I think the damage should be sufficient and tripple chain will be able to off-screen reliably. Vaal Lightning strike should patch up the weaknesses of single target, for map bosses atleast.

I'm attached to the cold damage aspect. I don't want conversion or various flat ele. Pure cold is what i want to be doing.

Tell me what you are attached to (ascendancy, ability, unique's) : I really like the Juggs AoE for Herald of Ash and Infernal Blow explosions so I don't need Splash/Ancestral Call for clear, but a suitable alternative would convince me to switch if you felt it was much stronger.

Tell me what you plan to do with this build, what do you want it to achieve : The plan is to speed farm maps (heavy emphasis on MoveSpeed), to quickly spawn elder + farm 11 maps for temple at same time. I would like to be able to do up to some of the lower tier red maps to get some decent elder loot. It would be nice to fit in some MF(idk if its possible), but not my main focus, the main focus is quick clears of t8-t12 maps to spawn elder + temple farm.

Tell me what you are attached to (ascendancy, ability, unique's) : Nothing besides tornado shot, and fast movement speed. I want to be able to clear t11-t12 maps in a couple minutes tops. I will league start this, and slowly build my way up with gear until I reach this point.

Not sure if the chin sol swap is worth it for red map bosses to do more damage, its hard to tell.
