why not chieftain for good regen 100% fire convertion and good penetration etc

i prefer raider over chieftain because raider its much faster movement and attack speed, more dps, and way better survivability with the evasion tankiness you get as raider (avatar of the chase).
the way i build it i still get loads of hp and good regen. in league i'll get between 6-7k life
