I'm currently @ lvl 81 in ssfhc and I'm having a blast, I changed a few things, it's perfect, really good for chaining maps. mazzopi is right, this is not a beginner friendly build. I will put in original post a warning. Seeing RF on something other than the usual fare is what drew me into it as a possibility. I've not done too many builds, and RF is one I haven't tried out yet.
