..... i even had ppl asking to mirror it .... but u know me, i told them not to, craft ur own gear its alot cheaper.

Also for saffel its was more to experiment but since i got myself a double legacy shav and not a +1 max res single legacy shav ive switched to

adjusted the max dmg POB with the indigon calculating tool

Peaking at 1.35M per discharge with 7200% increased spell dmg from indigon.

So without indagon the build is tier 9

Is it possible to reach at 7200% dmg with 3k max mana?

i have 7200% with only 1.8K mana unreserved, with 3K i would nearly double it. The reason u can have a low mana cost is the cyclone mechanic that let u cheat the attack speed, so u spend alot more mana then any other skill. So u don't need that 100+ mana cost. Also the lower ur mana cost is the more indigon stack u can get, but u don't want it to low, u still want a decent dmg ramp up, u don't want a dmg ramp up that take 10 sec to reach ur max dmg.

Since my mana cost is only 27 i get only 14 extra mana cost per stack, so with a mana pool unreserved of 1880 i have room for 132 stacks so at the very peak it would be 7.9K% increased spell dmg, if i would have 3K mana unreserved i could reach 12,72K% increased spell dmg.

So the higher ur mana cost is the faster u stack indigon spell dmg, but u get less possible stack, so u have to find a balance, obviously cyclone is very different from other skill so it doesn't require has much mana cost has other for exemple frenzy or KB.
