why is it so hard to do T4+ maps

I either die in 2 hits, or my damage is only a fraction of that of the build im following even though i have the same uniques, stat sticks, 18+gems and resistance on the rest of the gear or im tanky and can't deal any damage at all. ive spent 2100 hours on this game trying to do end game grinds but i can never get there. wtf am i doing wrong here. this is stupidly hard!

You aren't playing the game right. You need to learn to play a character before you can expect it to survive. It's not just a matter of reading a build guide and putting together the right equipment.

That and the fact that 3/4th of the guides are garbage, they all have the same title:
5,687,678,435 shaper dps /uber atziri viable Scroll down to see they have 4k life, uncapped resists and the op is still lv76, but his PoB math is OP and hes sure the actual fights wont be a problem..... You just have to be careful which one to follow, you see alot of people with signatures like "just another 2k life rats nest mathil build" for a reason. I took a look on your chars and i must say that i dont know where you found those guides but omfg, dont ever go there again. Your jugg for example looked ok and than random minion and mana nodes like wtf. You say you have 2100h in the game but it seems you have no clue what you are doing. Take something easier to play (like BLS chieftain or sunder slayer) and dont follow a guides so blindly.
